Our policy on refunds

Payment for our goods or services are non-refundable, unless you are cancelling a contract made at a distance (for example, made online or over the telephone) also known as ‘off premises’ contracts, within 14 days from entering into a service contract or within 14 days of placing any order for goods.

Our Discretionary Policy

We recognise that all situations are different. Our discretionary policy is intended to cover those unforeseen situations where the strict application of the law may have unintended consequences.

Please note: Our decision to offer a refund shall be in our absolute discretion and shall be final and binding upon you.

Examples of situations where you may be able to apply for a refund include:

  • - Pregnancy
  • - Unknown/Unforeseen medical conditions
